Cold Weather Advisory issued January 18 at 1:31PM CST until January 20 at 9:00PM CST by NWS Green Bay WI* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 30 below expected.* WHERE...East central and northeast Wisconsin.* WHEN...From 3 AM Sunday to 9 PM CST Monday.* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 30 below zerocould cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 20 minutes.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The coldest wind chills will occur betweenthe overnight into morning hours.Keep pets indoors as much as possible.Make sure outdoor animals have a warm, dry shelter, food, andunfrozen water.Make frequent checks on older family, friends, and neighbors. Ensureportable heaters are used correctly. Do not use generators or grillsinside.Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, ahat, and gloves.
