Higher snow totals are expectedin eastern Tucker County overnight with occasional wind chills belowminus 10 in wind gusts up to 40mph.* WHAT...Snow. Additional snow accumulations up to 3 inches. Windchills in the negative single digits forecast overnight.* WHERE...Portions of northwest, southwest, and western Pennsylvaniaand northern West Virginia.* WHEN...Until noon EST Thursday.* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardousconditions could impact the Wednesday evening and Thursday morningcommutes.
