The Fire WeatherWatch is no longer in effect.* AFFECTED AREA...Fire Weather Zone 482 Western Uintah Basin andFire Weather Zone 489 San Rafael Swell.* WINDS...Northwest 10 to 20 mph with gusts up to 35 mph.* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...5 to 12 percent with poor overnightrecoveries between 25 and 35 percent for the western Uinta Basinand 15 and 25 percent for the San Rafael Swell.* IMPACTS...Critical fire weather conditions are likely tooccur. Any new fire starts or existing fires may spreadrapidly.A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditionsare either occurring now...or are imminent. A combination ofstrong winds...low relative humidity...and warm temperatures cancontribute to extreme fire behavior.
