Wind chill values can lead tohypothermia with prolonged exposure.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...This will be an unusually long period ofbitterly cold weather. Be sure to take protective actions toprepare both your home and business as well as yourself for thisperiod of very cold weather.Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, ahat, and gloves.Make frequent checks on older family, friends, and neighbors. Ensureportable heaters are used correctly. Do not use generators or grillsinside.

Most access points toWee Tee State Forest are cut off.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- At 830 PM EST Wednesday, the stage was 9.7 feet.- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stageearly Thursday morning to a crest of 10.2 feet Thursdaymorning. It will then fall below flood stage late Thursdayevening.- Flood stage is 10.0 feet.
