Total snow accumulationsbetween 3 and 6 inches. Winds gusting as high as 30 to 40 mph. Thehighest snow totals and winds are expected in higher elevations.* WHERE...Portions of northwest, southwest, and western Pennsylvaniaand northern West Virginia.* WHEN...Until noon EST Thursday.* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions.
