TheFire Weather Watch is no longer in effect.AFFECTED AREA...Wyoming, Luzerne, Lackawanna, Southern Wayne, andPike Counties.* WIND...Northwest 13-17 mph with gusts of 25 to 30 mph,especially over the higher terrain near the Poconos.* HUMIDITY...As low as 30 percent.* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.Outdoor burning is not recommended and multiple burn bans are inplace across Pennsylvania.A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditionsare either occurring now, or will shortly. A combination ofstrong winds, low relative humidity, and warm temperatures cancontribute to extreme fire behavior.
