Areas experiencing easterly winds within the ColumbiaRiver Gorge will see warmer temperatures - some above freezing.Those planning to venture outdoors should use common sense and dresswarmly, making sure exposed skin is properly covered to preventfrostbite and/or hypothermia.Avoid being outdoors in wet conditions which can increase the riskof the body cooling down and becoming hypothermic.
