Williams Road east ofPanama and some local farm roads are flooded.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- At 1:30 PM CST Tuesday the stage was 29.1 feet.- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 32.1feet just after midnight tonight.
