This, combined with south winds from 20 to 25 mphand gusts up to 35 mph, could promote critical fire weatherconditions over portions of south central North Dakota Wednesdayafternoon.The National Weather Service in Bismarck has issued a FireWeather Watch for wind and low relative humidity, which is ineffect from Wednesday afternoon through Wednesday evening.* WINDS...South 20 to 25 mph with gusts up to 35 mph.* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 23 percent.* AFFECTED AREA...Sioux, Emmons, Logan, McIntosh, LaMoure, andDickey counties.* IMPACTS...Any fires that ignite will spread rapidly and becomedifficult to control or suppress.A Fire Weather Watch means that critical fire weather conditionsare forecast to occur.
