Forthe Cold Weather Advisory, from 11 PM this evening to 11 AM ESTTuesday.* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Treelimbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. Thedangerously cold wind chills as low as 25 below zero could causefrostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes. Frostbiteand hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin is exposed to thesetemperatures.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Areas of blowing and drifting snow willreduce visibility at times and create hazardous driving conditions.Use caution while traveling outside.
