Winds gusting as high as40 mph will produce blowing and drifting snow.* WHERE...Monroe County.* WHEN...Until 4 PM EST this afternoon.* IMPACTS...Plan on snow covered and slippery road conditions.Blowing snow will significantly reduce visibility at times. Thehazardous conditions will impact the Thursday morning commute.Lake effect snow will fall in relatively narrow bands.
