The hazardousconditions could impact the Thursday morning and evening commutes,as well as the Friday morning commute.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...While the heaviest snow will likely remainnorth of the region across the Tug Hill, accumulating lake effectsnow is expected to reach northern Oneida County at times, withbreaks in between.
