Flooding leads to someclosures along Kellogg Road to the south of Cortland.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- At 3:00 PM EST Wednesday the stage was 4.4 feet.- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stageearly tomorrow afternoon to a crest of 8.3 feet tomorrowevening.
