Strong wind gusts will result in blowing snow.* WHERE...Madison and Onondaga Counties.* WHEN...Until 6 AM EST Wednesday.* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible. Areas ofblowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardousconditions could impact the Monday evening and Tuesday morningcommutes. Strong winds may result in isolated power outages.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The snow totals are for a long duration eventthrough early Wednesday morning. The lake effect snow band willfluctuate north and south during the warning period.
