Most of the snow accumulation will belimited to the highest terrain on the Tug Hill Plateau.* WHEN...Until noon EST Friday.* IMPACTS...Travel will be difficult. The hazardous conditions willimpact the Thursday evening and Friday morning commutes.Periods of snow will result in snow covered roads and limitedvisibilities.
