Additional snow accumulations 3 to5 inches from downtown Buffalo to West Seneca, and the BuffaloAirport southward. Additional accumulation less than 2 inchesacross the Buffalo northtowns and Genesee County. Most of theaccumulating snow will be done by midnight.* WHERE...Northern Erie and Genesee Counties.* WHEN...Until 4 AM EST Wednesday.* IMPACTS...Travel will be very difficult with very poor visibilityand deep snow cover on roads. Some major roadways couldtemporarily close.Heavy snow will fall in relatively narrow bands. If youmust be outside, be sure to cover all exposed skin. Frostbite canoccur in 30 minutes or less with apparent temperatures of 15 belowzero or colder.
