Suchwind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.This is a potentially hazardous situation to be outdoors. If youmust be outside, be sure to cover all exposed skin. Frostbite canoccur in 30 minutes or less with apparent temperatures of 15 belowzero or colder.Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, ahat, and gloves.
