Areas of blowing snowcould significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditionscould impact the Wednesday and Thursday commutes.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Cold wind chill values of 5 to 15 below zeroare expected through Thursday morning. If venturing outdoors, addlayers and avoid any exposed skin.The highest snowfall rates will most likely be from this eveningthrough Thursday morning.Slow down and use caution while traveling.
