Flood Advisory issued March 5 at 9:53PM EST until March 6 at 4:00AM EST by NWS Binghamton NY* WHAT...Flooding caused by rainfall and snow melt is expected.* WHERE...A portion of central New York, including the followingcounties, Madison, Oneida and Onondaga.* WHEN...Until 400 AM EST Thursday.* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- At 953 PM EST, Doppler radar indicated another round ofrainfall moving into the area.
