The heaviest snow isforecast across central and southern Jefferson County, central andnorthern Lewis County, and far northern Oswego County.* WHEN...Until 7 PM EST Friday.* IMPACTS...Travel will be very difficult with deep snow cover onroads and very poor visibility. Areas of blowing snow willsignificantly reduce visibility, with near whiteout conditions attimes. The hazardous conditions will impact the Thursday morning,and Thursday evening commutes.Heavy snow will fall in relatively narrow bands.
