The greatest snowaccumulations will be across central and southern JeffersonCounty, western and northern Lewis County, and far northern Oswegocounty.* WHEN...Until 7 PM EST Friday.* IMPACTS...Travel will be very difficult with deep snow cover onroads and very poor visibility. The hazardous conditions willimpact the Friday morning commute.Heavy snow will fall in relatively narrow bands.
