Additional snow accumulations of 1 to 3inches expected into the morning hours. Another 2 to 6 inches isexpected to fall this afternoon through Thursday morning. Windsgusting as high as 35 mph will cause blowing and drifting snow.* WHERE...Chenango, Cortland, Madison, Onondaga, Seneca, SouthernCayuga, and Tompkins Counties.* WHEN...Until 1 PM EST Thursday.* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Areas of blowing snowcould significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditionscould impact the Wednesday morning and evening commutes.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A brief lull in snowband intensity isexpected late this morning into the afternoon hours, separatingheavier snowfall this morning and tonight.
