Total snow accumulations 8to 14 inches in the most persistent lake snows which will mainlybe across higher terrain such as the Boston and Wyoming Hills.Winds gusting as high as 50 mph, producing considerable blowingand drifting snow.* WHERE...Wyoming and Southern Erie Counties.* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 4 AM EST Friday.* IMPACTS...Travel will be very difficult. Areas of blowing snowwill significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditionswill impact the morning and evening commutes on Thursday. Gustywinds will down tree branches and cause isolated power outages.Heavy snow will fall in relatively narrow bands.
