Additional snow accumulations 2 to 4inches in the most persistent lake snows. Winds gusting as high as40 mph will produce blowing and drifting snow.* WHERE...Livingston County. The greatest snow accumulations areexpected over the central and northern portion of the county.* WHEN...Until 4 AM EST Friday.* IMPACTS...Travel will be difficult with snow covered roads andreduced visibility. Areas of blowing snow will significantlyreduce visibility. The hazardous conditions will impact themorning and evening commutes today.Lake effect snow will fall in relatively narrow bands.
