Flooding leads to someclosures along Kellogg Road to the south of Cortland.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- At 3:00 AM EST Thursday the stage was 7.2 feet.- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stagelate this morning to a crest of 8.6 feet this evening.
