Flood Advisory issued December 11 at 5:59PM EST until December 11 at 8:00PM EST by NWS Upton NY* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.* WHERE...Portions of northeast New Jersey, including the followingcounties, Bergen and Passaic and southeast New York, including thefollowing counties, Orange, Putnam, Rockland and Westchester.* WHEN...Until 800 PM EST.* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- At 559 PM EST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. Minorflooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in theadvisory area. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain havefallen.- Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are expectedover the area.
