Although temperatures each night will drop near or belowfreezing, warm daytime temperatures will increase snowmelt and leadto ponding in low lying areas. Flood Advisory issued February 25 at 1:47PM MST until February 26 at 2:00PM MST by NWS Glasgow MT* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by rain and snowmeltcontinues.* WHERE...A portion of northeast Montana, including the followingcounties, Daniels, Dawson, Garfield, McCone, Petroleum, Phillips,Prairie, Richland, Roosevelt, Sheridan, Valley and Wibaux.* WHEN...Until 200 PM MST Wednesday.* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos. Ponding of waterin urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- At 147 PM MST, the public reported heavy rain and snowmelt inthe advisory area.
