Winds gusting as high as 35mph.* WHERE...Portions of southwest and west central Michigan.* WHEN...Until 10 AM EST Thursday.* IMPACTS...Visibilities may drop below 1/4 mile due to falling andblowing snow. Whiteout conditions are expected and will maketravel treacherous and potentially life-threatening. The hazardousconditions will impact the Wednesday evening and Thursday morningcommutes.If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water inyour vehicle in case of an emergency.
