For the second Cold Weather Advisory, verycold wind chills as low as 18 below expected.* WHERE...Portions of central, east central, and southeast Illinois.* WHEN...For the first Cold Weather Advisory, until 3 PM CST thisafternoon. For the second Cold Weather Advisory, from 6 PM thisevening to 6 AM CST Wednesday.* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zerocould cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin isexposed to these temperatures.Use caution while traveling outside.
