For the Cold Weather Advisory, from 6 PM this eveningto 6 AM CST Wednesday.* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zerocould cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.Dress in layers including a hat, face mask, and gloves if you mustgo outside.To prevent water pipes from freezing; wrap or drain or allow them todrip slowly.Use caution while traveling outside.
