Coastal Flood Advisory issued September 22 at 3:58AM EDT until September 23 at 5:00PM EDT by NWS Key West FL* WHAT...Saltwater flooding.* WHERE...Upper Florida Keys.* WHEN...Through Monday afternoon.* IMPACTS...Saltwater flooding of low elevation streets and lotsis expected, with little relief during low tide. Some stormdrains will overflow, and some seawalls and docks will beovertopped. Boaters can expect less clearance under fixedbridges. Motorists should remember that persistent puddles,especially around the times of high tide, are almost certainto contain a mix of saltwater.If travel is required, allow extra time as some roads may beclosed. Do not drive around barricades or through water ofunknown depth. Take the necessary actions to protect flood-proneproperty.
