Flood Advisory issued June 25 at 8:07PM EDT until June 25 at 9:00PM EDT by NWS Melbourne FL* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.* WHERE...A portion of east central Florida, including the followingcounties, Lake and Volusia.* WHEN...Until 900 PM EDT.* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- At 807 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due tothunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to beginshortly in the advisory area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rainhave fallen.- Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.5 inches are expectedover the area. This additional rain will result in minorflooding.- Some locations that will experience flooding include...Deltona, Orange City, DeBary, Blue Spring State Park, HighBanks and Enterprise.- http://www.weather.gov/safety/floodTurn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads.
