Veryminor nuisance flooding of normally dry sandy beach areas ispossible during high tide each morning (between 12 and 3 am).* WHERE...San Luis Obispo County Beaches and Santa BarbaraCounty Central Coast Beaches.* WHEN...From 9 PM this evening to 3 AM PST Monday.* IMPACTS...There is an increased risk for ocean drowning. Ripcurrents can pull swimmers and surfers out to sea. Largebreaking waves can cause injury, wash people off beaches androcks, and capsize small boats near shore.Remain out of the water due to dangerous surf conditions, or staynear occupied lifeguard towers. Rock jetties can be deadly insuch conditions, stay off the rocks.
