The No-Burn rulebans burning wood, pellets, and manufactured fire logs in any indooror outdoor wood-burning device.* WHERE...The South Coast Air Basin, which includes Orange Countyand non-desert portions of Los Angeles, Riverside, and SanBernardino counties.
