Sensitiveoutdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered. Cold conditionswill be hazardous to sensitive populations such as unhousedindividuals. Cold Conditions can lead to hypothermia withprolonged exposure.Take steps now to protect tender plants from the cold.Be sure to turn off sprinklers ahead of sub-freezing temperatures toavoid creating ice patches on driveways and sidewalks.Be sure to cover or tend to sensitive plants and vegetation as theymay be damaged by frost.
