Surf willbe highest across west-facing beaches. Strong and dangerousrip currents are expected.* WHERE...San Luis Obispo County Beaches and Santa BarbaraCounty Central Coast Beaches.* WHEN...Until 3 AM PST Tuesday.* IMPACTS...There is an increased risk for ocean drowning. Ripcurrents can pull swimmers and surfers out to sea. Largebreaking waves can cause injury, wash people off beaches androcks, and capsize small boats near shore.Remain out of the water due to dangerous surf conditions, or staynear occupied lifeguard towers. Rock jetties can be deadly insuch conditions, stay off the rocks.
