Gusts up to 60mph possible near the foothills of the Santa Ana mountains.Northeast winds 30 to 40 mph with gusts 60 to 70 mph in theSanta Ana mountains. Strongest winds will occur below passes andcanyons. Northeast winds on Thursday are expected to weaken,with gusts of 35 to 60 mph possible. Winds will be strongest inthe Santa Ana mountains.* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...For Wednesday, relative humidity will fallto 15 to 20 percent. For Thursday, relative humidity will fallto 15 TO 20 percent for inland Orange County and to 10 to 20percent for the Santa Ana mountains.* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.Outdoor burning is not recommended. The No-Burn rulebans burning wood, pellets, and manufactured fire logs in any indooror outdoor wood-burning device.* WHERE...The South Coast Air Basin, which includes Orange Countyand non-desert portions of Los Angeles, Riverside, and SanBernardino counties.
