General Flood Advisory (Final)Under present weather conditions, At 3:00 AM today, the center of Typhoon "PEPITO" {MAN-YI} was estimated based on all available data at 115 km West of Sinait, Ilocos Sur (17.8°N, 119.4°E) with maximum sustained winds of 130 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 160 km/h. It is moving Northwestward at 30 km/h. The 12-hour rainfall forecast is light rains or thunderstorms. WATERCOURSES NO LONGER TO BE AFFECTED : + **Northern Samar** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Catarman, Bugko, Pambujan, Catubig, Palapag, Mawo and Gamay. + **Eastern Samar** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Oras, Dolores, Ulot, Taft, Borongan, Suribao, Llorente, Balangiga and Sulat. + **Biliran** - All rivers and its tributaries + **Samar** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Basey, Silanga, Calbiga and Jibatan. + **Leyte** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Sangputan, Palo, Solano (Quilot), Daguitan Marabang, Cadac-an, Bongquirogon, Salug, Pagbangahan, Pagsangahan and Binahaan.With this development and unless significant rain occurs, this is the final general flood advisory for this event.
