Heavy snowfall is expected, 30-40 cm in 24 hours, locally 50 cm. In coastal areas precipitation will be as rain later on. In Agder the snow will cease from late Monday. Travel time may increase on many journeys. Driving conditions can be hazardous. The power supply may be impacted. Blowing snow causes reduced visibility and possibly convoys and/or closed roads.Vulnerable installations and objects should be protected. Consider whether the journey is necessary. Allow a lot of extra time for transportation and driving. Follow advice and check status from transport operators. Check road reports (175.no). The need for emergency preparedness shall be assessed continuously by emergency response actors.
