A further 10 to 25 mm is expected tonight, notably for communities near the Alberta border, before the rain pushes eastward with the system responsible Thursday morning.###Heavy downpours can cause flash floods and water pooling on roads. Localized flooding in low-lying areas is possible. Heavy rainfall in combination with other weather factors, such as hail, wind and lightning will make outdoor activities unsafe.Rainfall warnings are issued when significant rainfall is expected.Please continue to monitor alerts and forecasts issued by Environment Canada.
