For areas inland and over higher terrain, especially over the Trans-Labrador Highway from north of Red Bay to Cartwright Junction and Highway 516 (Cartwright Access Road), freezing rain is likely to persist longer than in coastal locations.Precipitation will change over to rain over all locations before morning as temperatures rise well above the freezing mark.###Surfaces such as highways, roads, walkways and parking lots may become icy and slippery.
