Remarks: A series of frontal systems will bring rain heavy at times to North Coast - Coastal Sections through Tuesday. A system today will bring heavy rain and strong southeast winds. Another system will arrive on Tuesday bringing more rain through Wednesday. Total rainfall amounts near 125 mm can be expected with higher amounts inland and over higher terrain. The long period of rain may lead to flooding in low-lying areas, slushy conditions over higher terrain and inland. High winds may toss loose objects or cause tree branches to break, and result in power outages.
